We hire our support workers based on experience, capability and, most importantly, whether they have the heart for support work. Every support worker with Can Do Care clears the following checks before joining our team.
Driver's licence

In date car registration and insurance
First Aid and CPR certification
Working with Children Check (participants under 18)
* Our support workers also provide transport where needed, driving their own personal vehicles. All support workers hold valid licences, registration and insurance.
